Thank you for your interest in our programs. First of all... let me assure you that we have your best interests in mind, since a lot of our business comes from referrals.

We want you to be happy with your initial purchase... but also still happy in 2 or even 10 years when you look back. Emily and I have been investing for 30 years ourselves, so we are not just real estate salespeople, we have done and still do what you are looking into doing right now. We are also investors and work with Bank Repo and Foreclosure properties a lot. In fact, we have purchased 4 homes and a Duplex in the past 12 month ourselves while helping others with 52 homes sold in just the past 24 months. Some of our clients are as far away as California and even Germany and India. - We also own a rental income Property Management company, to manage other people's rental properties.

We love real estate. The very best way to learn what to do is to actually sit down with us and just talk about it initially. Once you learn more, then you can feel confident in taking those all important first steps. Sometimes people make things seem harder to do than they really are, however we try to keep things simple yet professional. As a client we promise to always look out for your best interests and be honest at all times, in fact we have a Fiduciary responsibility by the RCW/WAC laws to do just that. - By the way, as a buyer you will not pay us a commission or fee. Sellers pay all RE fees in this State.

One other thought is that it will be very important to get your funding questions answered as well, such as your VA benefits and other funding programs that are available.... besides finding a great deal to invest in. It takes a long time and hard work to find one really good deal, then to beat out other buyers, investors/agents etc... is a real task. So generally I only work with serious buyers and investors who will sign a Buyers Agency Agreement with me. It basically states that you as a buyer will only work with me as your buyers agent and if you use another agent after I have put in all that hard work, hours, days and sometimes even weeks of showing homes.... you will pay me a fee.
