Greetings!

  This is the most current traffic analysis for several of my 14 real estate websites that I own. Listed are just a few, the others are in various stages of production. The reason for this page is to show others what I am doing, in preparation for a new Real Estate related marketing program that I am working on. Then as we bring it out we can compare stats from yesterday, today and then.... tomorrow. Currently I get 4-6 good real estate related leads a day!

   These figures change hourly, daily and weekly... so the estimate you see is only what I found the last time I looked. You can CLICK the color chart links to see real live time results.... direct from my server using Analytical URCHIN software. Be aware that Google rankings or PPC spot ads are not where all these hits are originating from, I do not recommend PPC advertising... as its only good as long as you are paying.... and its not cheap! There are many search engines and its the actual hits and page rankings that count. - In the end I am receiving from 4-6 good leads a day from just my own efforts. Some of the "Tools" that I use to get this traffic can be found under the Members Only area at www.REExpert.us - Yes it costs money to build a website and to host it, it also costs money up front to make your website "Search Engine Friendly" ... that is why SEO or Search Engine Optimization is so important. My goals include..; finding a select group of people who are; 1. Tech savvy 2. Real Estate Pros and/or 3. Have funds to invest, who would be interested in being involved in discussions regarding a NEW Online Virtual Business Venture, which is just an idea right now. For now phone or email is good enough if anyone wishes to contact me. Later we will put together a password protected site where this topic can be discussed by founding members and invitation only.

  5. Many more statistics are available but they are not needed to prove the point that a website can be tracked to see how many people in a given time period land on that particular site. This is Google Analytics.
